Recommended Payment Method for Fast Processing
IMPORTANT:
- The minimum payment amount using a Credit/Debit card is 20 AUD.
- The maximum amount is 5,000 AUD per transaction, excluding our service fee.
- The card must be your own personal card and belong to the sender.
- We do not accept:
a. Cards belonging to another person
b. Business cards
c. Prepaid or gift cards
d. Overseas-issued cards
e. Cards with AMEX, JCB or UnionPay logo
f. Travel money cards - Payments made using an ineligible card may be refunded to the original card and the transaction may be cancelled.
How to Pay by Credit/Debit Card:
- In the Payment Method section (Step 4 of Send Money), select Credit/Debit Card as your payment method.
- Tick the checkbox to agree to our Terms & Conditions, then click Review & Pay.
3. Enter your credit/debit card detail in the payment form
4. Click Pay to process your payment.
You will be redirected to another webpage to complete the payment via 3-D Secure. A verification code may be required, and how this code is sent depends on your card-issuing bank.
If the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the HHMT website with a confirmation that the transaction has been created, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If the payment fails, you will return to the payment page. Please check your card details and try again, or choose another payment method.
Note: Your card may be blocked by your issuing bank after multiple failed attempts. If this happens, please contact your bank to unlock it.
