Forgot your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page or contact us for assistance.
1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Reset your password
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email.
5. Create and confirm your new password
6. Log in using your new password
Change your password
You can update your password at any time through your account security settings.
1. Click the Profile icon
2. Select Security
3. Choose Change Password
4. Enter current password
5. Enter and confirm new password
6. Click Save
Password requirements:
• At least 8 characters
• Include at least one number (0-9)
• Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Tip: Choose a strong password and avoid sharing it with anyone.
