If your transaction is completed and the funds have been credited to a bank account, recovering the funds is unlikely because it requires the consent of the account holder where the funds were credited. This consent is required to comply with banking regulations and privacy laws. Unfortunately, if the account holder is part of the scam, the recovery process will more than likely not occur.
