In some destination, small AUD or USD notes and coins may not be available for cash pickup or home delivery.
If this occurs, the remaining balance will be automatically converted into the local currency.
Example:
• Send 120.25 AUD → Receiver gets 100 AUD + approximately 342,022 VND (20.25 AUD × 16,890 VND exchange rate)
• Send 151.55 USD → Receiver gets 150 USD + approximately 6,219.22 KHR (1.55 USD × 4,012.40 KHR exchange rate)
Conversion is based on the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment.
Note: This is standard practice in many countries and does not affect the total value sent.
