What does the receiver need to receive the money?

Requirements may vary depending on the country, payout method, and partner requirements.

For cash pickup or home delivery, the receiver will usually need:
   • A valid photo ID
   • Trasction number or Pickup code (depending on the service)

For bank transfer or e-wallet services, the funds will be credited directly to the receiver’s account, so no collection is required.

Please note that additional requirements may be requested by our payout partners depending on the destination. If needed, we will contact the sender to request any additional information.
