Due to the limited availability of small AUD and USD denominations and coins in countries where cash pick up and home delivery options are available, we cannot guarantee that the full AUD or USD amount will be paid.
These small amounts will be automatically converted to the local currency for your receiver.
For example:
- If you send 120.25 AUD and choose cash pick up or home delivery in Vietnam, the beneficiary will receive 100 AUD plus approximately 342,022 VND (20.25 x 16,890 VND - based on the rate of the day)
- If you send 151.55 USD and choose cash pickup in Cambodia, the beneficiary will receive 150 USD plus approximately 6,200 Riels (1.55 x 4,012.40 KHR- based on the rate of the day).
