To send money over the phone, you will need to provide all required documentation for verification and account creation.
If you are an existing customer, you do not need to register again but will need to verify your identity over the phone.

If you are a new customer, we can send you the registration form via email to begin the registration process before you can send money.
IMPORTANT: Just like online transactions, payments for over-the-phone transactions can only be made via payID or bank transfer. Transactions will only be approved once the total sending amount is available in our business account.
