Best Payment Method for Fast Processing
IMPORTANT:
- No extra fees for Fast Bank Transfer (PayID).
- No limits on this payment method, except for your bank’s transfer limits, which you can adjust through online banking or by contacting your bank.
- Payments arrive instantly in our account and will be processed during business hours (Sydney time: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am – 5:30 pm on weekends and public holidays).
- For first-time transfers, your bank may hold the payment or it could take 1-2 business days to clear.
How to pay by Fast Bank Transfer (PayID)
Check if your bank can make faster payments using PayID, you’ll need our PayID (pay@hhmt.com.au) and your transaction reference.
- In the 'Payment' step, select 'Fast Bank Transfer.'
- Tick the checkbox to agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- Click 'Review & Pay.'
Review the transaction summary one more time and click the PAY BY PayID.
The transaction will be submitted, and you will receive payment instructions, including our PayID (pay@hhmt.com.au). Make sure to note the transaction reference number, as you'll need to include it in your bank transfer’s reference.
Make a note of the payment details for your transfer. If you accidentally close the message, don't worry—we'll also send you an email with the same payment information to your registered email address.
Here are the instructions for Fast Bank Transfer with PayID for ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Bank, and NAB:
NAB
From: your selected account
- Select Pay.
- Choose Pay Anyone.
- Select Mobile/PayID.
- Enter the email address: pay@hhmt.com.au.
- Click Continue.
- Amount: enter the total to pay us.
- Reference (optional): enter your transaction reference.
- Description (optional): enter your transaction reference.
- Click Next.
- Select Pay Now.
- Enter your password.
ANZ
- Select Pay Anyone.
- From: your selected account.
- To: Add a new payee.
- How would you like to pay: Email address.
- Email address: pay@hhmt.com.au.
- Amount: enter the total to pay us.
- Message (optional): enter your transaction reference.
- Your name or business name: enter your transaction reference.
WESTPAC
- Tap Pay from the main page.
- Under From, tap Choose an account and select the account you want to use.
- Under To, tap Choose a payee or biller.
- Tap the Add icon in the top right corner.
- Tap New PayID/Mobile payee.
- Tap Email address.
- Enter pay@hhmt.com.au.
- Tap Continue.
- Check the PayID name: Hai Ha Money Transfer, then tap Next.
- Under Reference, enter your transaction reference.
- Under Description, enter your transaction reference.
- In Amount, enter the total to pay.
- Tap Next.
- Double-check your transaction reference in both the Description fields.
- When you’re ready, tap Confirm.
COMMONWEALTH BANK (CBA)
- Tap Pay & transfer from the main page or Pay from your selected account.
- Tap Pay someone.
- Tap the + icon in the top right corner.
- Tap more….
- Tap Email address.
- Enter pay@hhmt.com.au.
- Tap Next.
- Check the PayID name: Hai Ha Money Transfer, then tap OK.
- In Amount, enter the total to pay.
- In Description, enter your transaction reference.
- In Reference (optional), enter your transaction reference.
- Tap Next.
