For every transaction you submit through our website and app, we will provide you with status updates as soon as possible via email and your online account. To keep track of your transaction on our website or app, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your HHMT account,
- Click on "Transactions" to view the transaction you would like to check.
Here are the statuses and their meaning:
- Submitted: means you have successfully submitted/created your transaction.
- Processing: indicates that we have received your payment.
- Delivering: means we have processed your transaction.
- Completed/Delivered/Transferred/ Claimed: indicates that we have successfully paid your transaction to the beneficiary.
