To update your details, such as your contact number or residential address, hover over the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select it.
If you need to change your email address or your legal name, please call us at 02 9728 7928 or email: info@hhmt.com.au. Be sure to have the supporting documents, such as a change of name certificate, to help us update your records.
Change password
To change your current password, please follow these steps:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Security.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password, ensuring it meets the password policy outlined below.
- Re-enter the new password to confirm.
- Click Save. You will see an on-screen message confirming that your password has been successfully updated.
For your account security, please note the following password policy:
- Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter.
- Must contain at least one uppercase letter.
- Must include at least one number.
- Must have at least one special character (e.g., !@#?$).
