You can request a cancellation only if the funds have not yet been paid out to the receiver. If the transfer is already processing or has been delivered, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
• If your cancellation is approved, your funds will be refunded
• The service fee may or may not be refunded, depending on the reason for the cancellation
