You’ll receive updates by email and in your online account so you can stay informed at every step.
To check your transfer:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Transactions
3. Select your transfer to view the latest status
In-branch or Remote transactions:
You won’t be able to check the status of your transfer on Online. Please contact our team, and we’ll be happy to provide you with an update.
What each status means:
• Submitted — Transfer created successfully
• Processing — We have received your payment
• Delivering — Transfer is being sent to the receiver
• Completed — Funds have been paid or claimed by the receiver
• On hold — Cancellation request is pending for approval
• Cancelled — This transaction was cancelled
